Il est difficile de piloter les ressources dans ce contexte.<\/p>\n<p><b>La mission<\/b> a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019accompagner le d\u00e9partement des ressources humaines dans la mise en \u0153uvre d\u2019une r\u00e9flexion sur l\u2019\u00e9volution des m\u00e9tiers. Une cartographie des postes, missions, comp\u00e9tences et sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e. Nous avons analys\u00e9 les \u00e9carts et mis en coh\u00e9rences les processus. La conduite d\u2019entretiens annuels a \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9e. Puis un plan de formation en r\u00e9ponse aux \u00e9volutions des besoins en comp\u00e9tences a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9ploy\u00e9. Le dialogue social a \u00e9t\u00e9 renforc\u00e9 par l'implication des instances repr\u00e9sentatives du CSE.<\/p>\n<p><b>Le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de notre accompagnement\u00a0<\/b> a \u00e9t\u00e9 une augmentation de l\u2019implication des responsables op\u00e9rationnels et du personnel encadrant. Il a permis d\u2019assurer un traitement \u00e9quitable des collaborateurs, la mise en place de la flexibilit\u00e9 et l\u2019accompagnement \u00e0 la mobilit\u00e9.
